Information for accepted candidates

The deadlines for submitting application documents according to Schedule.

Upon acceptance for admission an applicant is obliged to submit the following documents:

1. Completed application form
2. Declaration of the payment of university fee for EU citizens
3. Official high school-leaving examination certificate or other certificate qualifying to apply for a university course must be certified with an affixed apostille: 

  • Apostille in the case of documents issued in the countries that are party to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961.
  • Applicants holding IB/EB Diploma do not need to have apostille on official high school-leaving examination certificate.

4. School certification of the students right to apply for admission to higher education institutions – if there is no possibility to get signature and stamp from high school exceptionally the Embassy can sign and stamp the document.
5. English language certificate only for applicants whose native language is not English should provide one of the below certificates:

  • IELTS exam passed with no less than 6,0 points,
  • TOEFL exam passed with no less than 90 points,
  • CEFR exam on B2 level,
  • TOEIC exam passed with no less than 700 points.

Minimal requirements for Scandinavian applicants with regards to their English proficiency possessed on their high school-leaving examination certificate are as follows:

  • Minimal grade for Norwegian applicants: 4,
  • Minimal grade for Swedish applicants: C,
  • Minimal grade for Danish applicants: 7     

6.  Photocopy of a valid passport.
7.  Health certificate completed by a physician stating that the applicant is fit for the medical studies.

  • copy of vaccination records for Hepatitis B (three doses)
  • result from Salmonella & Shigella test.

8.  Four passport size photographs (3,5 x 5,0 cm)
9. Confirmation of the application fee payment amounting to 200,00 EUR (non-refundable)
10.  American and Canadian citizens are additionally requested to deliver a copy of their Social Security Number.
11. Proof of health insurance valid in Poland (EHIC for EU citizens).
12. Copy of a student visa or other document confirming that the stay in Poland is legal.


All the submitted documents must be certify translated to English also should be originals or copies certified by a notary.
Please be aware that applicants who submit incomplete and/or incorrect documents will not be admitted to University by the Admission Board.
