The 5th Edition of the All-Poland Interdisciplinary Conference Medical Physics - Physical Pharmacy, organised by members of the Free Radicals Student Research Group operating at the Department of Physical Chemistry of the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University of Warsaw and PhD students of this Department, as well as by PhD students of the Scientific Group LETAL DOSE of the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw, took place on 20 May this year.

During the conference there were 17 oral presentations and 9 posters were presented. Invited guests gave a keynote lecture entitled , "Radiation quality - what is it?" and a closing lecture entitled , "Modelling and design of proteins". The conference was held under the auspices of the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, WUM, Prof. Joanna Kolmas, PhD, and the Dean of the Faculty of Physics, UW, Prof. Dariusz Wasik, PhD. During this year's anniversary meeting, the official logo of the Conference was presented, indicating its theme: interdisciplinarity of science in the field of pharmacy, physics and medicine.
